At AuraCityPK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund and exchange policy to ensure a stress-free shopping experience.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unfortunately unable to process any return or refund requests.

Eligibility for Return

• ✅ Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• ✅ Tags and packaging must be intact
• ✅ Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• ✅ Proof of purchase (order ID) must be provided
• ❌ Sale/discounted items are not eligible for refund
• ❌ Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at auracitypk@gmail.com with your order ID and the item you’d like instead.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required. COD orders are subject to the same return and exchange conditions as prepaid orders.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through bank transfer or the original payment method.
